In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rafa77" refers to the operator of the gaming platform accessible at rafa77.club and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the rafa77 website, mobile browser interface, and all gaming products, services, and tools made available through it.
• "Account" means a registered rafa77 user account created in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's rafa77 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to Bonus Terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, or market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by rafa77 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Rupiah", "IDR", or "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.

To be eligible to use the rafa77 Platform and create an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register that rafa77 is required to observe.
5. Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You are not an employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of rafa77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or data suppliers.

rafa77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Accounts opened by ineligible individuals will be suspended and any balance returned to the relevant payment source following verification, subject to applicable deductions for administrative costs.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rafa77 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify rafa77 promptly of any changes via the account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. rafa77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. rafa77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact rafa77 support immediately via live chat.

rafa77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

rafa77 is committed to operating a responsible and secure platform. In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming principles, rafa77 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of their account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank account statement showing the account holder's name matching the registered Account name).

rafa77 will process KYC documents within two (2) business days of receipt. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. rafa77 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the name on the registered Account. All KYC documents submitted to rafa77 are handled in accordance with the rafa77 Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the rafa77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rafa77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which rafa77 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal processing is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): typically within two (2) to five (5) minutes of approval.
• E-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically processed instantly upon approval.

rafa77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rafa77 Account. rafa77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. rafa77 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Any funds deposited to the Platform must be used for gaming purposes; rafa77 is not a payment processor or money transfer service and will not accept deposits made for the sole purpose of withdrawal without gameplay.

rafa77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rafa77 bonuses:

1. Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
2. Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
3. Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered through within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
4. One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
5. Abuse prevention: rafa77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend or terminate the associated Account — if it determines that a Player is exploiting bonuses, using bonus-abuse strategies, or acting in bad faith.
6. One per household: Bonuses are limited to one per household address, IP address, device, and payment method. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be subject to immediate suspension.

rafa77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to an Account prior to the change.

Players must engage with all games in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker or live dealer games.
• Placing bets in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome through exploitation of promotional mechanics (matched betting abuse).
• Placing bets on the outcome of events where you have access to inside information not available to the general public.

Sportsbook bets placed on the rafa77 platform are subject to the sportsbook-specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Accepted bet types include single bets, accumulator bets (parlays), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets. Maximum payout limits per event and per account per day may apply and are displayed in the sportsbook interface.

rafa77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, manipulation, or where odds were posted in error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

rafa77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account.

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rafa77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, including under a different name, email address, or payment method.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
4. Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction after it has been credited to your rafa77 Account and used for wagering.
5. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location.
6. Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing rafa77 customer support staff or other players.
8. Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other users' enjoyment.

All intellectual property on the rafa77 Platform — including but not limited to the rafa77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive property of rafa77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of rafa77.

rafa77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rafa77 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between the Platform and your device. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rafa77 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, even if rafa77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Interruptions or delays in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond rafa77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• Any technical errors in game software provided by third-party studios, subject to rafa77's obligation to void bets placed during documented malfunctions.

In any event, rafa77's aggregate liability to a Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rafa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• A chargeback or reversal initiated by the Player or their payment provider against a deposit transaction.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

Upon permanent termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, rafa77 will return any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player via the last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting rafa77 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

rafa77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or via the email address registered to the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulations applicable to the licensed jurisdiction under which rafa77 operates.

Players acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country or territory of residence. rafa77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute between a Player and rafa77 that cannot be resolved through the rafa77 customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
